Not worth the hassle

The pump itself worked well enough but the built in float switch (fuel gauge) didn't work. After taking the tank out to replace the failed fuel pump, I had to take it out AGAIN just to diagnose the problem and then get a replacement pump to put back in. In general, the money I "saved" was wasted on my work, which involved having to do a simple task twice.
