Must be a fake. The Original Shemoisture Shampoo works very well. The shampoo appeared fake in that it had black sediment at the bottom and appeared to be diluted with water or chemicals which would explain the bubbling. The air conditioner is missing a product as can be seen in the picture with the whole part. Different consistency and appearance in both bottles. I will not buy from this seller again.
