Must be a fake. The Original Shemoisture Shampoo works very well. The shampoo appeared fake in that it had black sediment at the bottom and appeared to be diluted with water or chemicals which would explain the bubbling. The air conditioner is missing a product as can be seen in the picture with the whole part. Different consistency and appearance in both bottles. I will not buy from this seller again.

Tried the shampoo and conditioner on my 4c hair as soon as I got it. The shampoo was black and runny and the conditioner was very thick. I tried the products because I use a lot of products from this brand and I thought they were compatible. They are not mine, the hair has become stiff and brittle. While other products from the same brand made my hair very soft and healthy. As such, I will continue to use other hair products that I will not be using.
