The temperature in stress tests, where the stone is loaded at 100%, is not higher than 60 degrees. In games 50-55 degrees.

Good Ryzen processors, if you also take a used one, will be able to compete with it in terms of price / quality.

I'm adding a review! The same second stone came from another seller. Both manufactured by MALAY and both take 4.3 GHz on Huanan v2.49 black-green for 6 cores. They work stably in game mode at these frequencies.

Pros

Processor Intel Xeon E5 1650 v2 They write that it runs on Chinese motherboards up to 4.2 gigahertz. Motherboard Huanan v2.49 after flashing BIOS drives it up to 4.3 gigahertz for all 6 cores by multiplier. It works stably (in game mode, not a server) at this frequency for a little over a month. It is quite possible and necessary to play with good fps without HT Ali second-hand costs 8-9k ! I bought it there. Colder than the E5 1650 and the difference in price is about 1k.
