Pros-Stong. Very strong. Strong as a bull. It fits well. The nylon sheath is very thoughtful and convenient. Fits perfectly with the Abus Granit lock. Did I mention his strengths? Cons: A link is designed to have a different passageway for locking, so without modification it will only loop (i.e. cut loops) to one diameter. Cutting the loops will likely require using a flashlight or burning through multiple cutting discs. Due to the large links, this chain is not very good. "flexible" for lack of a better term. If you have to squeeze it into a tight space, you're in for a bad time. This chain comes with an Abus lock which I recently ordered. This is a very strong chain weighing about 3.5 pounds per foot. A cap may seem optional, but once you put it on you will see that it serves a very good purpose and you will be happy with it. This chain can leave serious marks even on powder coated surfaces when dragged across. One loop at the end is longer than the other, allowing you to slip a small link through a larger one, giving you more room to block. This is the only way to lock it when using an Abus Granit lock. The links are very large, square section hardened steel and anodized. They weld very well at limb breakage. If you need a very strong chain to protect something valuable, this is a good choice. I highly recommend and will buy more.
