I opened the box and checked the bulbs and they worked great. I even cleaned the surface and installed it in my daughter's room. When she showed her how the remote worked, the remote seemed to work intermittently. Now it doesn't work at all. The lights have been out of the box for a little over an hour and the remote does not work. There was still a block of plastic installed in the battery which I had to pull out to get it working. I held the remote 1 inch to 6 feet away from the IR receiver and nothing happened. Me and my daughter are dissatisfied. If I can't get the remote to work, I'll have to send it back. At first she was so excited. Edit 1: Sorry if I have 2 reviews on this but usually don't. The seller responded very quickly to my request and sent me a replacement without wasting any time. I am very impressed with how quickly they responded and that they were so helpful. I'm increasing the stars based on their customer service.
