1. To display a star flag at the top, close the expiry year and month tags. So if you put it on so that the decals are showing, it will be upside down. SO STUPID! 2. The label is 1/8" taller than license holders on the front of some cars like me. So have fun shrinking frames or trimming a frame with a drum or bending frames.
