It is very easy to use, has great customer service support from both sales reps as well as techs/support personnel.

I wish there was more customization of reports available in order to get better insights into my data. If you are looking for an all-around solution that provides excellent customer care then this software will be perfect! We have been able to keep our customers informed about their account status through email alerts with out being pushed around by other companies who just want your money.
