User Friendly and Straightforward Interface

The UI is quite user friendly! You can get used to it very fast. It makes things simple by offering you a one stop shop where all your questions are answered at once without having multiple chats/conversations going back & forth which would have been needed otherwise. I feel that there could be more options available when creating groups as compared to only being able to create "custom" groupings (which might not even meet my need). Also sometimes some information gets lost during transfer between bots - like if you're using mobile number verification then suddenly after successful authentication, the bot doesn't know who the caller was so cannot provide any relevant info about them. If they improve this feature along with other aspects we will definitely use their services again. We were looking around for an easy way to solve our ticketing needs but didn't find anything satisfactory until now. This tool has.

  • Ease in getting started; ease in learning how everything works together..it's pretty intuitive really ; ) Lots of helpful guides within product itself regarding what each section does etc.Great selection of tutorials online too :)
