This sharpener has a small wheel that adjusts the sharpness of the pencil lead. After one use this wheel stopped moving. I called the phone number on the box. It took a few days but I received an email. I described the fixed part problem and the person asked for a video of the sharpener. I told her that this is not necessary as the part does not move. I couldn't explain it to her. So I gave up. After reading reviews of other sharpeners I decided none of them worked well and I can do without the dial so I'm still keeping it to myself.
