I bought these to fit my 2001 F350. I had to shave and I'm pointing at her). Otherwise there would be a sawtooth effect and the mirror would not be level with the door. While driving, the mirror on the driver's side vibrates a bit, I'm not sure if it's because it's extended or if I need a bit of a shave. more on the inside, the left side seems fine and I don't notice any vibrations. They are connected normally and the power supply works the same as the old ones. I haven't hooked up the heater yet as I don't want it to be on all the time and need to hook it up to a switch. There's a slight mirror house effect at the top corners of the bottom mirror, but that's understandable and it's great to be able to see the rest extended and that part is very clear. and you don't have to buy those mirror stickers which do the same thing but are much smaller (and if they were the same size as the bottom mirror you would see the mirror house effect too). They're a little square. and not round like my old ones but I love the look of the truck and since my truck has a double blade they are great. t because I can see my rear wheels very well with the bottom mirror and if I were to pull they would be great too. they would be 5 stars.
