This is the second pair I've bought myself.I also bought a pair for my daughter who works on her feet. I've got bad fibro pain in my legs, usually the feet are the worst) anytime I am on my feet for any length of time. I've also got arthritis and a lot of badly healed injuries in my feet over the years so my feet absolutely hate me. These are incredible. I wear them anytime I'm going to be on my feet for any length of time.or if I'm just having a particularly bad pain day. Without them by the end of the day I'm in absolute agony. With them.i almost feel like a normal human. It's probably at least an 80% decrease in my pain at the end of the day. My daughter also says they are a huge help when she's on her feet for hours at work. I can't ever use compression socks because I can't tolerate my toes being squeezed so these are perfect. I've also had many sprained ankles over the years.this also helps support my ankles a good bit.
