EPIRORA's disappointing experience: A nightmare for fashionistas

I was eager to visit the EPIRORA website and look at their collection of apparel and jewelry because I love fashion. But I was very disappointed with this company's service. First of all, it was challenging to browse the website. Finding what I was searching for was challenging because it was confusing and cluttered. The variety of clothing, accessories, and shoes was also disappointing. In contrast to the "impeccable selection" that had been promised, I discovered a small assortment of poorly chosen items. In addition, the products I purchased were of poor quality. My clothes were poorly made and did not look anything like the images on the website. The jewelry was flimsy and broke apart after just one wear. When I attempted to start a return, customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. Overall, contrary to what was claimed, EPIRORA is not a haven for fashionistas. It's just another average online retailer of apparel and jewelry with a shoddy website and subpar goods. EPIRORA is inferior to other online apparel stores and is not worth the effort or money.

Pros
  • Extensive stock of garments, footwear, and accoutrements
Cons
  • Quality that is inconsistent across some products
