I used one of these in the fuse box for my car entertainment system, specifically for headrest tv with sound and some other connection components. This combined with the RCA audio noise isolation removed all of the noise from my setup once I had good - real - chassis ground installed. Make sure you sand or paint the ground point, try not to use an existing ground point that other components are on, and use a short piece of ground. If you have an oscillator hum (or TV Fuzz in my app) that matches your gas, this will help.
