(Update): Ok after looking at it for two days my indecision finally got the better of me and I decided to return it. I was torn because honestly it's a lovely bag, lovely color and seemingly good quality. However, I couldn't figure out how long/tall it is. If I were to use it for travel that would be great, but I don't see myself using it for everyday work/study travel (even if that's just a personal matter). Keeping four stars just isn't for me. — I received it only yesterday and I must say that I was surprised by its size. I was expecting it to be around 18" from what I've seen in some reviews (as I wasn't sure what 25L looked like / the pack sizes differed in the specs). But if you measure it from the highest point in the middle, it's about 20 inches. I was a bit suspicious at first and thought about returning it as I plan to use it at school but after taking a closer look. The bag is very durable and easy to put on. However, it would be nice to have a clearer idea of the size before purchasing (unless I missed something or something in the video that people often don't see).
