They did not come in the retail packaging as advertised in the photos but in a plastic carrying case. Pocket. And all fell apart. There is an issue with the glue sticking to the outer buff and the thin sawdust pads wrapped around the side edges. Very poor quality control. I tried using super glue but it didn't work with these foam pads. That quality issue aside, I love these files and would give them 5 stars. I'm a classical guitar player and this tool is perfect for keeping my nails the right length and shaping them for playing. The foam pad on the sides has a very fine sanding ability to create the edge of the nail I need on a guitar. And this side pad also has 4 different grinding levels. from fine to polished. They would be perfect if everything didn't fall apart.
