Awesome Personal Steak Knife

I have both the Shun 5900 and the KAI 5700 and I have to say at $30 this is a great little knife to put in your pocket to take to the BBQ take with you or hide in your stash. Equipment for this campfire cooking session. It's sharp, not "razor sharp" or sharp like a chef's knife, but sharp enough to quickly slice through any piece of meat in front of you. The polymer grip gives this shotgun a toughness that gives you the confidence to take it places you might not want to take the Shun with the Pakkawood grip. Comes in a blister pack with a very nice black leather carry case. If you're torn between buying the $80 Shun 5900 and the KAI 5700, try it first.
