Well made, finely cut and a perfect fit, Arca-Swiss compatible, infinitely adjustable, neatly closing

as required. Partially disassembled for portability for compactness, the gimbal head was easy to assemble and easy to mount on a tripod. In the first test, my heaviest lens-camera combo was mounted and balanced according to the instructions on the attached sheet. Lenses mounted on Breakthrough, Desmond, Dolica and Peak Design Arca-Swiss compatible plates are easily attached and detached. Rotation and angle adjustment are smooth, and the knobs provide ample locking in desired positions.
