I deep clean sink drains weekly and use this product to clean pipes that may contain toothpaste, shaving cream or germs. I fill the basin with a small amount of Clorox Clean Up in hot water, then gradually release this mixture and swirl until I've used up all of the hot water mixture. Presto! clean fresh sink drains.
