Before I replaced this part only the highest fan speed worked on my 2000 Wrangler. This came in a small non-descript cardboard box with no branding, surrounded in bubble wrap. But it works perfectly. The install took about 10 minutes. My connector for the resistor was melted a bit (apparently this is a common occurrence), but still seated fine for me and clicked back into place. When I tried the fan again all of my speed settings worked as they should.Nobody should have to take their Jeep into the shop to replace this part. If I can do it without going crazy, anyone can.
