Small and practical! Pros: Standard USB 2/3 port + USB-C port. Very Versatile READING SPEED The installation of this drive is incredibly fast small: I attached it to a cable and it's very small and light. great addition to my tool box. Exact characteristics: reading / writing fully corresponds to the specified characteristics. I've used this in a heavy reading environment and it works GREAT. I wish more companies would truthfully advertise the device's capabilities. I know where NOT to use the drive. Future proof and happy legacy: USB-C is likely to dominate all future devices. small and fast. Cons: RECORDING SPEED: alas, it's exactly as advertised. SLOW. I have normal USB sticks with better writing speed. Respect for the exact properties and missing stars. see above, don't use this for many entries. I pull the USB-C cover every time I remove a drive. Once inserted into a standard USB 2/3 port, it is almost impossible to remove without pulling on the USB-C port cover. Seems pretty sturdy but I have to slide it back in after taking it out. I tried removing the cover, but there was even less footage that could only be captured through the USB-C port. Other: I already have 2. Will buy more for boot drives and other heavy reading conditions if needed. This drive is unmatched for installing an operating system at this price point. 100+mb/s reads for such a cheap price.
