I can't be happier with the purchase! I took it mainly for kneading biscuit dough and whipping cream, but this miracle machine copes with absolutely everything. Kneading yeast / custard / shortcrust / lean dough? To the easy! Whip cream, cream cheese, eggs to high peaks? Easy peasy. Definitely recommend to buy.
