After 1.5 years of poor use of SPD pedals on my Peloton (I just don't like the feeling of being pinned against the bike) I decided for buying frame pedals and throw them away clamps. Over 300 rides and you still don't like clips? time to change something. This is fantastic. My husband installed them in about 1 minute and they support the front 3/4 feet perfectly. Easy to put on. They seem to be durable although I've only used them a couple of times. I wish I had listened to everyone who told me to just get used to the bike - I'm not going to break any records - I want to be comfortable.
