Awesome way to get half square triangular blocks!
I love tangles. They allow you to cut strips up to 1/2 inch larger than pre-made half-triangle squares, meaning you don't have to worry about 3/8 and 7/8 math. I can get really precise dots in complex patchwork blocks. They come in many sizes and I have used 1.5", 2", 2.5", 3", 4", 5" and 6" tangles with great success.
