I received my normal size and they are very stretchy. I recommend ordering a size down, I was also sent the wrong color. I also recommend buying from another store, they have a slim cheap belt and more expensive pairs are higher quality and do what you want, they are comfortable but not for shaping. - this user's girlfriend
