Yes, all in capital letters. This product is very poorly made in every way. I see all the other positive reviews and it amazes me that people think this is a quality product. MAKE A BACKUP COPY FIRST before downloading the drivers. Read the listing carefully, the seller stated that this display driver is known to completely crash your operating system. Tap, Brick, now. Your suggested solution? Reboot and try again. Well I've done it 3 times and each time it was a brick. Suffice it to say that I am returning this product for a refund. And before anyone says anything is wrong with my build, I ran the same build on an "official" 7" RPi touchscreen and it works great. Now I want to make everything smaller. Second, the "Hat" screen has no significant support links. It is only held by connecting pins. It sits on top of the USB ports and they give you a little plastic spacer to put on top of the ethernet port (not discussed in the manual). It shakes and moves every time you click on it. Third, the processor heatsink is a flat element with no cooling fins. This is because the (noisy) fan sits so close to the board that there is no room for one of the typical finned heatsinks. I've found that the CPU tends to get a lot hotter than it should be, and hot air is being forced out of the USB and Ethernet ports, suggesting the airflow isn't thinking about it. They probably just added a fan because it's barely enough to keep the thing from burning. Very bad design. Fourth, the case is two-piece and doesn't fit securely. The side with power and HDMI ports is free. All in all, this is a low quality thing with poor driver code and little to no significant support. Very disappointing but I don't think it's surprising in today's unmoderated market.
