Ordered April 24th, arrived April 27th and took a few days to get it out. I let my dog, (now) a 7 month old 44 lb Border Collie, every day for about a half hour with breaks throughout the day when I don't have time to walk him and he needs to go. This morning September 13th I dropped him off and then found him loose in the yard with a piece of leash around him. I understand that there is a 12-month worry-free guarantee, so I'm wondering if Snagle Paw will send a replacement. It was a very useful and practical thing as it didn't last as long as I had hoped. Today I ordered a new one, tomorrow I'll pick it up again. The fail is my border collie loves to play with the leash when not allowed and ends up tying the leash in a knot and he nibbles on the knots and they wear down the cover. I knew it would fail eventually but four and a half months seems pretty quick and when I started dressing him he was just a little 20 lb puppy.
