Review on 🚛 SSR-209-54 SumoSprings Rear: Enhanced Suspension for Chevrolet Silverado 1500 & GMC Sierra 1500, Yellow by Bennie Boss

The best bumper for the money!

I have a Chevy Silverado 1500. I installed a front alignment kit which means any weight in the body falls to the rear. I don't want that and I don't want to pay for airbags. That was my decision. Also, the Sumo barely touches the rear axle, making the ride feel like a stick with no load. You can tell they are, but it's not a rough ride. The price is good and this is the second pair I have. First pair I had on the F250. I also bought the most powerful version I could get for my truck. I have a trailer and I load my bed with 500-600 pounds of stuff. I also have a Blank mattress topper and Undercover swing covers. As you can imagine, with all of this, my car doesn't have a standard rear weight. With the heavier Sumo springs, the rear is only 1 inch lower, so with a 1 inch lower, the front and rear wheels are now aligned and there is equal clearance between the tire and the edge of the wheel well. I love the cushioning and I feel a significant difference in pendulum control. The lifetime guarantee is great too. It took me 34 minutes to install. I would recommend them and advise paying the price difference for the heavier models. I've had lighter sumos and they're great if you don't need weight control or maybe you're in a similar situation to me. Hope that helps. Thank you for reading.
