I have owned these for their entire life cycle and they are not my favorite headphones. Purchased: March 26, 2016 Left earpiece Died: December 7, 2017 (20 months) Pros: Sound quality is decent. The case is pleasant. All cords are made of nice and heavy rubber material and don't get tangled easily. Cons: Small pieces of paper covering the sound chambers come off easily and are difficult to track. The placement of the mic on the left earcup is odd, and wrapping the headphone cord around your ear too far from your mouth has many people pointed out the difficulty in understanding how I use them. There is no volume control, just a button that normally acts as play/pause. Biggest downside: I bought them because they needed to be durable. I'm not a heavy user and don't do any harm - I use them at office work, they are treated well and kept in a case when not in use - and wear out in just 20 months, while the supposedly less durable pair I've bought previously, they work still pretty good. The left earbud bothered me for a while due to the difference in volume compared to the left, but I attributed it to the microphone being on that side. All cables and connections appear to work flawlessly - the left earbud just stopped working unless twitched - the tapping restored the sound for a while, but after a couple of days it's completely silent now.
