I am sure this product is great. But I give 1 star because I used mine with brown spots. They did a good job trying to clean it up lol. But I pay full price expecting to get a new, unused item. Rough and disappointing. This seems to be a common problem with Revain. So now I only order products from the original website because who has the time to check every product with the worry if it might be defective or already used. Put it together, Amazon.
