Review on AB WiseWater Hot Water Circulation Pump for Hydronic Radiant Floor Heating, 3-Speed Switchable Internal Threaded Flanges, Ideal for Water Heater Systems by Jonathan Davenport

I bought this pump 5 months ago and only 2 months ago I hooked it up for underfloor heating. I woke up one morning to a loud whistle. I suspect that the pump bearings are already defective. When I tried the customer service number provided, the call could not be completed. It's amazing how some products can look the same but vary so much in quality. Maybe look for a higher quality pump? Since I first posted this I have noticed that the direction of the motor is now turning in the wrong direction. I'm trying to figure out how he changed direction. I'll report here when I find out. New news - 05/2019. I had to prep the pump and line to make sure it flowed in the right direction. The pump worked fine
