The customer service is amazing. The team is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The support team is always available to assist you. I have never had a problem with Zantek. I am looking forward to working with them on future projects. I would highly recommend them. Our company has been using Zantek for over a year for our email and CRM needs. We are able to track our leads, customers, and potential customers. We are able to communicate with our customers and keep them up to date on our company news. I like that they are always available to help with any questions or problems we have. They listen intently when you explain your needs/wants for software solutions and then work closely with you until everything is just right! Nothing so far! We use this system as an inventory management tool (we manufacture custom furniture). It has been very helpful because it allows us to track our production process from start to finish.
