Stretch and pull in at the waist. They roll up on me, but that's fine with any spandex or biker shorts I've tried. Nice color and good quality. They are squat resistant. I have used them for several days of legs. Make your little tummy look damn tight too. However, they are not sweatproof. Overall a great buy for the price! Also, I have bigger hips and wider hips and they are too big and fit great!
