a good solution for a challenging situation

Love my MX5's, but good hand's free design has been difficult to find. I lose a cup-holder (but why does a Miata even have cup-holders?)

The product itself is well made. But it isn''t always stable in the cup holder mounting point. And I keep knocking into the phone when shifting into 5th and/or operating the parking brake. Decided to go with a vent mount (center), which works just fine.
