I was very happy when I got the TV for the first time. The picture is excellent, the purchase is satisfied. After about 2 months the picture quality deteriorated significantly and I contacted Sony about the problem. After some troubleshooting tips with a representative, the problem is still there and they asked for pictures and videos. Sony replied that the problem was with the "source" and not the TV. Then the cable company came to my house to check the cable signal and replace the cable box, but unfortunately it didn't help and the picture didn't get any better. The cable guy agreed that the TV was most likely the problem. My other 60 inch LED TV doesn't have this problem. Sony does nothing to address the issue and claims the TV is up to spec (which I think is hard to tell from some photos and videos), which is hugely disappointing. I'm trying to explore other options, but I'm afraid I've learned an unfortunate and costly lesson: Sony's warranty and customer service aren't what they used to be, and I strongly encourage you to consider this when purchasing a Sony consider Sony product. By the way, I've been a regular Sony customer for over 25 years, but not anymore.
