The weld is broken. I bought this product in February, it broke in November. I contacted mytee on their website, they only offer a 30 day guarantee. This is just a manufacturing defect. They do not guarantee normal wear and tear or improper use. They didn't ask how or where it broke. The seat belt winder broke in the weld where the hanger is located. Not where the mechanism works. It broke due to a poor quality and cheap metal weld and not due to "abuse or normal wear and tear", the weld should not have broken. I use it often but not every day and not all day. I use it a few times a week for a few minutes at most. It shouldn't have broken and mytee doesn't guarantee their products because they know they're selling junk!
