I really enjoyed using this product. Very little assembly required. The results were great. I made my first homemade pasta and loved it. I may never eat cooked pasta again. I've experimented with other recipes. I have also used it with cake batter. I wasn't too happy with the results, but that was mainly due to my mistakes in testing. The car did its job perfectly. Insert the dough from the top, turn the knob and a sheet of dough comes out from the bottom. My only complaint might be the catching of the dough as it is a short distance and the dough folds up on its own. Depending on the consistency of the dough, this can make handling more difficult after rolling out. Anyway I really love this product and will get a lot from using it.
