Not enough gear!

I am working on a cedar hope chest and wanted to decorate it with these legs. I finally got them and they are missing all the hardware. Now I have to send them back and order a new one. A complete pain in the neck and delays in my project. So annoying. The chemical smell emanating from those feet is poisonous, I don't know what it is.
