I like how easy it was when setting up my team members profiles (and that they are available through out our organization).

Also love being able use this tool daily as we work towards strategic goals! Nothing really at all - just keep using what you have now but add some new features/tools if your business needs them or there's something missing from their current offering of toolsets / platforms etc.. We're looking into things such as social media monitoring & reporting + CRM integration so maybe those will be added soon?
