I am a poultry farmer and have several pet birds. Now I have 15 of these feeders. They do an excellent job of keeping cages and floors clean. My favorite aspect is that they also reduce the amount of feed wasted which saves me money! I highly recommend this product to anyone who has small birds such as parrots, budgies, finches, etc. I had a problem with one of my purchases. I missed the lid. When I contacted the company they sent two caps to fix my problem. I was very happy with the customer service I received from them. They contacted me to make sure I received the missing parts. This will be the only feeder I will buy when I need more feeders.
