This is the fourth case I have bought from Encased for a new phone. I have been satisfied with their products and the lifetime warranty they honor. I've had issues with a case in the past when the stand broke and they replaced the case without hesitation. I just had to send a photo showing the damage. I have some concerns about the case I just bought for my new Galaxy s10 and only time will tell. The cover is flexible and the easiest to put on of any case I've had. However, there doesn't appear to be any protection on the screen itself. I'm afraid that falling face down on a hard surface will break the screen. The S10 comes with a screen protector, but I'm not sure how protective it is. I recommend Encased products and will continue to purchase from the company if the need arises.
