My old seal died and I needed a new one before the garden started growing. My kids gave me a gift card for Revain so I searched and searched between several models and thanks to the reviews I decided on this one. I'm so glad I did. The changes compared to the old one are impressive! It was always so loud when sealed that I hated using it. This one is so quiet I didn't even think it worked when I first tried it. It came with a set of extra seals for future use, an extra bag cutter, vacuum hose and can sealer, and a roll of starter bag material. I went ahead and ordered extra stuff for the bag to make sure I had enough. It works so well as long as you follow the instructions. Make sure you use the wet/dry mode, I've had at least 5 different sealers over the years, from the original food sealer to the chunky old Black and Decker. This is the best I've ever used and I would buy another one in the future.
