I have had this router for 5 years and all along I thought it was an 802.11AC compatible router. It worked well up to 160Mbps but never went beyond that. I always thought it was my ISP. I just found out that "draft 802.11AC" is misleading and doesn't exist. Either it's compatible or it's not. DO NOT BUY if you are looking for the latest Wi-Fi compatibility or speed. Also, I chatted with Linksys/Belkin support this morning, all the clerk knew was the configurations. so that was useless too. I've been a Linksys customer for decades, but not anymore. I hope you find it useful.
