Bid Magic has allowed our team to be faster, more effective, and in turn, deliver better results. The customer support is very available and responsive. There are a few small things that can be improved, but we have been able to work with their Dev Team to make changes if needed. Be prepared - there will definitely be some learning curve regarding certain aspects of this system - especially those who aren't familiar with a proposal process such as ours. We've been able to implement an efficient process and utilize software's functionality to automate many processes for our clients (such as purchasing a new vehicle). This helps us manage client expectations and spend more time on other functions within the sales organization. We like that we can have multiple proposals open at once so it does not get lost in our system. The interface is very confusing - I don't know how or why anyone would use this software! It's terrible! There are other programs out there much better than BMP (and free). You will waste your money with bidmagic. Don't even bother trying it. Our sales team uses bid magic to send their proposal emails from Salesforce CRM. This has made my life SO MUCH EASIER!
