Review on Kyocera Advanced Ceramic Revolution 4 Piece by Clint Blackman

I've had one for over a year. it really got up. I don't know how other people use their knives. I don't throw them in the sink and drop them. I love holding my toes! No chips. and the blade is much better than german steel. I have 4 very expensive knife sharpeners and it is very difficult to get all of the knives out and process them. I usually wait until they get pretty boring. this Kyocera ceramic retains its sharpness. really keep the edge. Now I plan to replace all German steel with ceramic. inexpensive and if the sharpness lasts 3 years as I have read. It's worth it.
