Review on πŸ–ŒοΈ Easyou Hukaiwen Blueish Ink Stick Ink Block for Chinese and Japanese Calligraphy, Drawing, and Art, 62g by Carla Anderson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Smooth ink suitable for drawing

These ink sticks are really smooth and have different color depths. Has a slight shade of blue. This ink can also be used in fountain pens and fountain pens. Just make sure you use whatever inks you make as they really start to smell after a few days. Although the odor does not remain after drying, it is unpleasant when used. I made the thickest, darkest ink I could, and it doesn't bleed profusely on most papers. Heavier, softer paper is not optimal for these inks as they are water-based and will puff up over time. Rice paper works great for this. I also used a brush and it was just nice to work with. Definitely recommend to everyone! This ink will last a long time if stored properly.
