Kitchenboss G322: cool. Cooks while you sleep with the delay timer. Pro tip: Emergency beer cooler

There are a few placement errors, but the photos are correct. They sent me a Kitchenboss G322 as pictured. It's almost entirely silent, and with a cloth cover on the tablet, it takes an effort to hear it from 10 feet away, even with good hearing. No plastic of the device is submerged in water, all wet parts are made of stainless steel. In a word, powerful (quickly gaining momentum with large circulation) and high quality. You don't need sous vide in cheap plastic bags that leach poison or even FDA approved silicone, you can opt for LFGB silicone (higher standard) or even glass for some items. I've spent all 5 minutes reading the manual and I'm proficient on the devices. I cooked the eggs sous vide for an hour at 147 degrees. Seemed to hold the temperature well and the yolk was exactly what I dreamed of. I love the app-free approach and the ability to delay my start time by 8+ hours so I can wake up with a meal cooked was the most important thing for me. I love the fact that once I set up the room temperature immersion mode I can set it up overnight and have perfect eggs in the morning. Tasty, fast, effective, without additional fat and 100% food safe, with protein and egg yolk like jam. Next comes the steaks. Stop waiting, that's it. I'll write about durability in 6 months and come back in a few years. I hope this has distracted you. Professional advice on beer cooling. (It's a waste of energy, but I just went inside with takeout and warm beer to find my stove on the doorstep.) I set this stove up and maybe 20 ice cubes in a saucepan plus enough water to boil the ice Swim, and a couple of beers, set it to 104 and turned it on and five minutes later I had a very cold beer (hey, I was thirsty and hungry). Basically, you take advantage of oven circulation by overflowing the heating element with ice. 100% recommended. If he can make a cold beer in under 5 minutes and 1.25 hours, these will be the best eggs I've ever cooked (and I've cooked professionally before (if at a diner)). keep exploring and enjoy the unparalleled comfort of breakfast. Every day. Stop waiting, it's him. I'll write about durability in 6 months and come back in a few years. I hope that took your mind off the fence.
