The customer support service was very helpful in solving my problem after I signed up for their premium account; however they did not pay attention to what other customers had asked. My only concern with them was the customer loyalty program and that it takes a long time to earn points because of low volume of sales. Also, it does show some pop-up ads for non essential programs during use so make sure you turn those off if you don't want it! They are great and have helped us tremendously since we started using their services about 3 months ago; especially on marketing our restaurants location through different apps (Yelp) but also as well as reaching out to new people from social media sites such as Facebook. I like that it's easy to use and has a lot of features in one platform. It also allows for customization to fit my needs. The customer support isn't always great, but they do respond quickly when you reach out to them. They also have an amazing blog with helpful articles on how to use their software. I'm solving my need for a single platform for all of our website projects. We used to have separate platforms for each project we were working on. This has helped us streamline our processes and save time.
