The most helpful thing about this software was that it gave us an insight into our clients' behavior. It helped us understand what they were searching for before we booked them in, so when they arrived we knew exactly where to send them. I don't like how time-consuming it can be to navigate through all the different pages - not everyone has the same level of knowledge as you do! You have to know exactly where each client needs to go. I like that it has an option to add in my own ratings for certain categories within each area so they don't get pushed up too high or down low depending upon what i'd actually want them around there! I like best for all types of information from hotels to local restaurants or events (like concerts) that are free in town! It's great because it makes comparing prices before going somewhere easier than ever before. There really isn't anything i dislike about this program at this time - so far nothing has been implemented as being unuseful to me but maybe there will be things added one day. I like that you can search for hotels in different price ranges as well! You also have options to sort results from low-cost/budget accommodations all way up through luxury resorts or 5 star properties - very helpful when searching with family members who want something reasonably priced but still comfortable while traveling together (or even solo). The customer support service was very helpful in solving my problem after I signed up for their premium account; however they did not pay attention to what other customers had asked. My only concern with them was the customer loyalty program and that it takes a long time to earn points because of low volume of sales.
