The most helpful thing about this software was that it gave us an insight into our clients' behavior. It helped us understand what they were searching for before we booked them in, so when they arrived we knew exactly where to send them. I don't like how time-consuming it can be to navigate through all the different pages - not everyone has the same level of knowledge as you do! You have to know exactly where each client needs to go. Sometimes it's difficult to find certain information quickly enough or easily enough to make sure we're doing everything correctly. We are able to track their website visits with Google Analytics but sometimes we would need additional tools if there wasn't one available at the time.
